Finally taking the time to resurrect the blog.

Sitting on my bed in Paris, staring at my feet. Tattoos, scars, faded memories, bruises and my skin texture ..

Me, this, here, now, existing as a body - a pile of flesh and bones- with my heart spread into pieces and thrown around the world. It's a funny and fucked up feeling to physically be aware of being in one place, but meanwhile living, breathing, creating and dreaming as something way more than one simple human body.

After the aching return from Africa, the thought of starting to write again horrified me. The process of writing allows me to express myself, and live my emotions and feelings up to a completely new level... By giving black ink wings to myself, with a magic of braincells formulating words after words, I create meaning to unexplainable sensations which before only floated around in a swirl of blurs. The relief and agony that this chemical process leaves me with, feeling lost and more confused about what I really (don't) know, nothing but a self-produced, bittersweet morphine that bares me open and leaves me craving for more ...

Nevertheless, closing my eyes and re-living the moments of the greatest journey of my life, lights up a flame of hope and belief inside me. Taking a step to the other side of my fears, flashing a dirty idiotic smile while risking everything I thought I believed in before, and giving the finger to the past and : yes.

These gallows are luring me, I face them proud and reckless. With my young and broken heart filled with hope, this time I'm tempted to let go and embrace that pure joy ... And become a goddess.

Why be afraid then. Even at the risk of losing myself and everything to the core, the chills on my spine remind me of happiness and exhaling a tobacco breath of an orgasmic satisfaction from being alive .... Having each atom of my entity SHOUTING the lyrics to my favorite song, telling me to shake of the weight and fly

Sometimes you just need to find that right neverending highway, drive along it under the stars of the night,

in order to realize that the wings of your being would carry you, raise your feet off the ground, and lift you up to the horizon even if you crashed into the darkness of the unknown.

Been sleeping restlessly the last week. Confusing dreams of people from all phases of my journey so far, which come haunting back in forms of flashbacks during waking life. My dreams usually have repeating patterns with the same imaginery that returns again and again. The people in them change, but the main focus still remains around lost friendships, betrayals, past and current lovers, death and travelling with no destination.

On a brighter note, I've made some decisions and new goals in terms of what I want to achieve, and how to get there. My third year at university, second in political science, starts in less than three weeks which is great news. I'll be able to focus on my studies, put a lot of my personal ponderings into my writings, and hence pursue the fight against time.

Just four months left and I'll be out, inhaling every moment deep into my lungs...

After Friday night's madness, which included glamrockers and me at a clothing store in the middle of the night, fights, sleeping outside a church in the center of Paris and talking philosophy with a great friend, I believe last night's official celebration for my 21st birthday could have been considered as round two.

A fucking insane evening with my badass friends thanks to whom I spent hours crying like a baby, and who gave me an really fucking apocalyptic hangover. Now after a cold shower I'm getting ready to hit the 20th arrondissement for round three, my absolute favorite band, Menace's, gig.

I'm back from two and a half weeks of touring in Eastern Europe with Touched by Nausea.

Against all odds I was invited to join the band in Amsterdam, only to later conquer Steenvijk (Netherlands), Hamburg (Germany), Roznov (Czech Republic), Nowy Tag (Poland), Lucenec (Slovakia), Vienna (Austria), Bratislava (Slovakia), Prague (Czech Republic), Dresden (Germany), Leipzig (Germany), Berlin (Germany) and many many more smaller but nonetheless strikingly beautiful destinations that I know will always stay in my heart.

So much beauty and suffering, inspirational souls, loud music, no borders, sweat, a crowded van, squats, endorphin, hairspray, skin on skin, ripped stockings, laughter, hangovers, walls falling, studs, philosophy, spare change, soulmates, tears, broken hearts.

Now the challenge is to face this strangely unfamiliar reality, learning to let go

with knowing

that I probably never really will.

Seeing Noam Chomsky was a real dream come true to me.

He has an aura which is so mind-blowing. As he entered discreetly the amphitheatre, I saw people's heads turn out of pure respect for his intelligence and achievements... Something you can't help but admire.

I know I will do my best in order to follow his footsteps and open our generation's eyes to realize

that a better future is in our hands, if we want it to be.

There is no greater weapon than the human soul on fire.

Now, back to the marvellous land of international relations' paradigms.
